COVID-19 Protocols:

UTEC will follow state and CDC Covid-19 prevention guidelines/protocols in how we plan for and conduct activities on the weekend.

All participants are encouraged to be up to date with Covid vaccines, having their last vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to the weekend.

All participants are encouraged to socially distance throughout the weekend.
Participants who are not up to date with Covid vaccines are encouraged to wear masks except when eating/drinking or sleeping.
Refunds will be issued for individuals who are not able to participate due to size limitations or Covid related symptoms that are noted at the time of the weekend.
